1 tsp salt or sugar
1 tablespoon of oats
1-2 tsp of water or olive oil

Mix all the ingredients together in the bowl and then apply to your face, using gentle circular movements to help the mix remove the dead cells. Leave it on your skin for 5 – 10 minutes then rinse with clean cool water.
